Shipping & Cargo-Delivery Terms

The products you buy from Haracci.co will be delivered to your address via UPS Express. Please see charges varry according to the delivery country.

After your orders reach us, they are prepared and delivered to the cargo company within 3-5 working days (except the day the order is placed). After the packages are delivered to the cargo company, they will be delivered to you within 7-14 working days.
Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays and after 12 a.m (noon) on Fridays are delivered to the cargo company on Mondays, and cargo is not delivered on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holidays.
You can access the tracking number required to track your order by clicking on your relevant order in the "My Orders" section under the "My Account" menu heading.

The following conditions may cause orders to be delayed. Haracci is not responsible for lost or damaged products or delays that may occur.
– Wrong shipping address
– Payment is delayed or there is a problem with payment
– UPS Cargo delivery problems (Bad weather conditions, state of emergency, etc.)
Haracci is not responsible for the products that are sent with a company other than UPS Cargo and lost in the cargo during the return process.

International shipping costs vary depending on the country of purchase and belong to the customer.(Europe & U.K $45, Canada& U.S.A $55, Other $70)

All taxes and additional fees and freight costs that will occur in overseas shipment and returns belong to the customer.
