Return and Exchange Terms
First of all, thank you for shopping from haracci.co. We hope you enjoy using your product on sunny days without the need for returns or exchanges. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return the product to the specified address as part of the following criteria and request a Return accompanied with your invoice within 14 days, which is the legal period from the date of receipt of the product. You can return your product via UPS Cargo as Freight charge prepaid.

1. The product must be returned undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and together with its original zipper bag, all tags, string clips and hygiene protective tape not ripped off, unworn, uncontaminated.
2. The product must be in the same conditions as when purchased and must be resalable.
3. Returns of products sent without an invoice are not accepted.
4. Products that have exceeded the 14-day shipping period cannot be returned.
5. Only returns are accepted.
6. If the products sent to us do not comply with the return conditions and are not returned within the relevant time, Haracci has the right to refuse to refund the payment.
7. Please inform us by e-mail the account information you have made the payment by wire transfer method for the return cost of the products you have purchased (haracci@haracci.co).
8. Once your return has reached us, please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed by our team. You will be emailed once refunded.
Late or Incomplete Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially published. Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued. If you have done all these and still have not received your refund, please contact us at haracci@haracci.co.
